How long will it take to receive my prints?
Prints up to 8x12 will be shipped within 3 days. Larger prints and wall clings take approximately 7 business days prior to shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for posters to be designed, printed and shipped. Custom outdoor/trailer clings and race banners take up to 4 weeks for design and delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, check/money order. You may fill out you order online, print and mail it to us. The name and billing address of the credit card must match or it will not go through!
Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, please call 765-436-7949. We will need the date, location of race, and file numbers of the pictures you would like.
My order was damaged in the mail.
Please let us know immediately and we will repalace the order.
What print sizes do you offer and what are your prices?
Prices effective March 2008. Packages may contain up to 3 different images.

Do you offer mouse pads, mugs, t-shirts, etc.?
These products are not currently on the website, but we can make them upon request. If you are intersted in something not offered just ask. We will be happy to work with special requests.
How are my pictures printed?
Prints 8x12 and under are printed in-house using Kodak dye-sublimation printers on Kodak Professional paper. 11x14 and 12x18 prints and posters are now in house printed on Epson Pro Papers. Larger prints are done by a reputable print lab and inspected for quality before shipping.
What are your shipping charges?
Please go by the largest print purchased. Prints up to 8x12 are sent via first class mail for $3.00. Larger than 8x12 prints are shipped Priority Mail for $7.00. Wall Clings and banners are shipped via UPS with a tracking number for $15.00.
What is your return policy?
Phyllis Blume Photography will refund your entire purchase price (excluding shipping) if prints/merchandise are returned within 30 days of delivery.
How does the new Favorites folder work?
You may now save your favorite images into your personal folder. Images will remain there for 30 days or until that group expires, whichever comes first. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address and choose a password. E-mail addresses are never passed on to anyone!
